Description

The historic introduction of Bullseye. This is the actual first page to introduce the character, although we don't see his face until the next page of the story. On this page, The Jester is holding a man prisoner that he's been using to make commercials for him. The key part of this page is the bottom two-thirds where Bullseye sends a paper airplane right through the closed window of another building, where it lands on the desk of a man he's trying to extort. The note reads: "Pay me $100,000 or I will kill you!!! Bullseye".
