Bill Sienkiewicz Wolverine

This is an example of what not to do with your artwork. In my defense, this was one of the first pieces of art I ever got & it has brought me a lot of pleasure over the years. I got this in the early 1980's & did a crummy job of framing it myself with a cheap mat that left an acid burn. Apparently I also folded the bottom just a little to make it fit since it was missing a chunk on the bottom right. I had it framed in my room through high school & probably a few years beyond. Now it is in a binder & I just realized today that I hadn't scanned it. I was probably afraid of Bill killing me for being such a poor caretaker of his art.

Anyway, I think it is a solid example of his earliest, more Adams inspired artwork. I have gotten some other pieces from him over the years, but this one will always hold a special spot for me.
