Captain Bob from "Goosebumps: Attack of the Mutant" by misskilljoy

This was a spur of the moment find just as I was ready to head home from MoCCA Fest.

The atrociously named Captain Bob is really a disguise used by the Masked Mutant in the PC game adaption of the Goosebumps book "Attack of the Mutant." The one giveaway between them is Bob's costume has the same color scheme as the Masked Mutant's. He tricks the player character into finding a comic book containing another villain, Chinchilla, prisoner.
