Cartoonist Howard Shum drew Kim Possible comics for Disney Adventures magazine. I keep an eye on Howard's ebay auctions and pick up a drawing from time to time. Howard often added signed comics and other bonus items in his packages. This lovely bonus depicts Anita Radcliffe and Cruella De Vil from my favorite Disney movie 101 Dalmatians. I'm afraid this image is the best I can do on this red pencil drawing.
