Super Cho!
I was actually at this panel when Frank Cho created it. He asked the audience what they wanted to see him draw. Venom and Black Widow were suggestions he was feeling. He answered audience questions while he drew and I remember him showing us how to make the veins on Venom with an eraser and filling in the veins later. That was a cool pro-tip. The audience had a chance to win the piece by buying $5 raffle tickets. I remember seeing this piece pop up on eBay about 6 months later which was a shame because I so would've kept. I guess somewhere along the way Stan Lee signed it although I think The Man was at that show.
