I wouldn't ask anyone but Frank Cho for such a commission.
A) He can deliver
B) He drew the cover for which this dress made it's appearance.

If people can ask for savage land rouge, surely this is also o.k. :)

That's some Elie Saab / Oscar de la Renta level of design work if you ask me.

Did you know the design of the dress was created by Shawn Dudley, the Emmy-Award Winning Costume Designer for TV's Guiding Light? The dress first made it's reveal in TV guide, that's how big a deal it is/was.
