Back when he first broke into the business, I immediately thought Baker was going to be the next big thing in comics! His inking style was spectacular and quite unique He made everyone he inked look really great. Unfortunately it turned out that much like John Buscema, he wasn't really a fan of the superhero genre and he soon left mainstream comics to go off and do his creator owned work, which was extremely well received and turned out to be a great boon to him, so I guess "all's well that ends well"!
