Food for the nostalgia heart! Love this!
This is an absolutely stunning piece - both in terms of the sheer detail and astounding execution. Many congrats, Dino!
Had this poster on my wall as a kid. Congrats!
Fantastic!
A tremendous piece, on both a technical and nostalgic level!
WOW!!! Incredible!
There's wall power.
Then, there's WALL POWER!
Fantastic poster art by a great artist!
Wow!! What a great piece, so much history and characters all together. Huge congrats on this beauty, Dino.
Obviously I love the full New mutants team here. lol. Gammill does a fun Warlock!
Outstanding and oversized representation of Marvel's constellation of heroes! I can imagine how you enjoy this piece daily! It can't be better!!!!!
Wow! What an impressive piece
A who's who of the 80's Marvel universe. I've always thought of Gammill as a very strong and dynamic penciller. And I imagine this would probably be his Magnum Opus. It's the type of piece that, if this was the only piece of art in your collection, you'd still blow half of CAF out of the water. As an old geezer, I'm already drooling half the time anyway. But this thing has me absolutely gushing.
A little bit before my time but absolutely iconic.
There are over 70 reasons why I love this piece! It must be something to see this epic gem hanging on your wall. An amazing piece of Marvel history and a fantastic part of your incredible collection!
Incredible ensemble piece!
Marvel is still charging forward beyond 25 years! A snapshot and time capsule for a very nostalgic era!
I've seen this in person and I love it! The frame for it was also the inspiration for the frames I had made! Beautiful!
Wowza - glad they didn't forget HTD!
Perfect!
What a magnificent piece.
This poster hung in my bedroom, along with Zeck Punisher, Art Adams X-Men.
I didn't remember it being a Gammill creation! We need to celebrate him more! I have very very vivid memories of his Avengers Annual 14 cover and the corresponding Fantastic Four annuall cover. Both covers took a moment where the two teams, separately battling the Skrulls, on the same ship, run into one another.
Gammill composition was just as masterful on those two covers as they are here on this massive homage to 25 years of Marvel history
Sidenote, I've emailed Mr Gammill about what he's meant to me and he's a swell guy too!!
Congratulations, a true true true Grail.
The ultimate Gammill piece.
Beautiful!
Such a fantastic piece with an all inclusive cast. Awesome Dino
RIDICULOUS! Wow what a feast for the eyes of a Marvel fan.
happy holidays Dino! thanks for sharing this tremendous piece on CAF too, it is an iconic celebration of all things MARVEL!
Wow! Killer art! This is one of the most awesome pieces I've seen on CAF for some time! What an unbelievable array of superheroes. I can only imagine how stunning it must look framed and on your office wall. Kerry Gammel and Joe Rubenstein are two of the artists who are almost synonymous with the 1980s. And together, they have really outdid themselves here. Love so many of '80s characters here--Black Suit Spidey, Bearded Thor, and my personal favorites--The Power Pack kids! How fantastic that you were able to pick this beautfy up, serious congrats!
Very cool!!!
Fantastic memory...
Huge congrats! Always nice when we're able to pick up a piece that has a lot of personal meaning, and thanks for sharing.
Whoa, how'd I miss this one! Must be unreal in person...as I'm sure you can attest too viewing it every day :) Pure vintage Marvel goodness, Dino, congrats!
Wow, such an amazing Gammill poster, still have mine signed by Stan, just top notch, big congrats!!
