�� Bob McLeod was a guest at Steve Wyatt's South City Comic Con in San Mateo, California. I remember his work on Marvel's New Mutants and other comics. I browsed the art he brought to sell and found this pencil tryout for the Prince Valiant Sunday comic strip. From this sample, I'm sure he would be a worthy choice to follow creator Hal Foster and the other fine artists.
