Description

The good thing about this hobby is that allows you to meet some really great people than after becomes friend and Davide is one of them.

I had the occasion to meet Davide in Rome at the Cart Gallery now some years ago and we remained in contact since then. Apart from being an amazing art collector I discovered he is also a very talented and recognized painter of model kits, statues, etc..

When I acquired my Simone Bianchi painted piece, he suggested that this could have been also a nice statue. I am not that much into statues but I loved the idea. As Davide was working with a sculptor (Roberto De Meo ) I decided to go ahead.

It took quite longer than expected due to some unfortunate events, but I am very happy with the Results.

Even is not as beautifully dispayed as Marc W does (have a look at his gallery � just amazing), I really love the Painting and the Statue displayed together!!

So thanks again Roberto and Davide
