2006 Raina Telgemeier - Baby-Sitters Club

A story: Prior to the opening of the Paradise show on the first day, if you had arrived about an hour early, you would notice a bunch of school children taking part in some sort of literacy program which involved some of the PCTC guests like Jill Thompson and Raina. I was sitting in the cafeteria when I noticed Raina. I had a few questions about a recent graphic novel release of the Baby-Sitters Club in which she provided the art. I wanted to know if the book was appropriate for girls around 7 years old, or if it was meant for more mature kids. I enjoyed my conversation with her and would later pick up a copy for my sister later in the show. This is the little sketch Raina did for my sister (edit: sister's name erased) in her book.
