Description

The first of Earth-28's Legion Academy, which instead of being a training school for future Legionnaires is now a school for superheroes featuring versions of EVERY Legion reject, sub, applicant, just about everyone who ever tried out for the Legion proper as well as the heroes who were never Legionnaires.

Gloom Girl is Earth-28's version of Night Girl, who rocks a gothic lolita fashion as an answer to Lydda's famous beehive hairdo. All students wear uniforms with a customized chest symbol to represent themselves. Lydda's is an unhappy cloud juxtaposed to her normally perky demeanor.
