Despite being framed for a crime he didn't commit seconds after donning the Torpedo costume, Torpedo III is determined to grant Torpedo II's dying wish and thereby fulfill his legacy. Marv Wolfman had a terrific 19 issue stint on Daredevil and he wrote some of the BEST Daredevil stories ever, including the creation of Bullseye, The Copperhead and The Torpedo.
