Description

DC just released the hard cover Bronze Age Omnibus of The Doom Patrol. 1000+pages including original comic art including 33 of my own private library. The cover was drawn by the incredible Steve Lightle.
The style reminds me of a classic Cinematic Movie Poster...with such drama and different scenes... and a gorgeous Lead character in Celsius - the Chiefs blue eyed swarthy wife looking willful and strong against all odds...
I LOVE this cover!!!

Great cover. It's in the right collection but as a massive Lightle fan, I'm still a bit envious ;)

Wonderful cover! Lightle was such an amazing artist. We lost one of the greats when he left us.

This is such a terrific cover. Lightle really kicked this title off with strong designs. Some of his most interesting work.

I agree! He and I chatted about his ideas. They were solid. The characters looks amazing.
