One of my favorite acquisitions of the year. Maus was an incredible experience for me and I'm delighted to have something more substantial than a quick sketch.

Whoa! That’s as fully finished a piece from him as I’ve seen. Every time I hear about a public appearance, I think about going, in hopes of getting a sketch. I never do, because the sketch would never be as good as something like this. Congrats!

Thanks Felix! His persona is so big now I don't even know how I would go about approaching him about anything other than a quick sketch. I'm sure you would have better luck. There's a fantastic painted piece on CAF that someone has, but this is definitely a step above the average.

great piece! I'm in the middle of reading Maus right now. It's so very good... and so very sad.

It blows my mind that the guy who created Garbage Pale Kids is the same guy to take on creating this important book. Congrats on acquiring this piece. It's Awesome.

Wow, great sketch and it it came from Charlie Roberts! Hard to get better provenance than that. Fantastic!

It has such expressive inking, and I love the way he works in the image of the item Mr. Roberts traded him to get the art.
