Description

For my generation, I'm 44, it's a no-brainer to say that Ron Lim is THE Captain America artist. Plus, he's pretty classic on Silver Surfer, too. There was a long run where you couldn't think of either character without him. And being local to the Bay Area, I had the good fortune to see him regularly at WonderCon in Oakland. He's always been approachable, engaging and friendly. When I asked for a fairly traditional Captain America convention drawing, he just got right to it with no judgement. Plus, his friend Keith Aiken was nearby to add line-perfect inks. I love this one.
