�� The Tin Tin albums by Herge and the Asterix albums by Goscinny and Uderzo were some of the prominent comics available from the Alameda County Library when I grew up in the 1960's and 1970's. The adventurous boy reporter Tin Tin and his loyal dog Snowy were a distant second in our household, but we read his stories, too. I ran across these Adventures of Tin Tin animation drawings on eBay and was attracted to the scene as the boy seems to be reading a newspaper while Snowy sits nearby. The additional images show the turning of the head and the movement of ears. In the mid-1980's, I was out of college and brought my young cousin and a family friend to see a double bill of Tin Tin and Castle in the Sky.
