Description

Continuing my Fury theme.
I had obtained a Fury piece by Dave Johnson; which featured a younger Col. Fury, in his early SHIELD days.

I wanted to follow that up with an older Fury, a little more haggard, at the end of his career and ready for his pension. When an unexpected opportunity arose to get a sketch from the great comics man, Howard Chaykin, I figured he was the guy for the job.

Howard drew a Fury story way in Marvel Spotlight 31, which I loved as a kid, and is still one of my favorite single-issue Marvel stories of all time.
