Description

Jordi Bernet burst onto the american comic scene in the early 80's with a retro gangster strip called "TORPEDO".Rich in style, craft, and storytelling, Jordi Bernet became an artist that other artists looked to for inspiration.....( on a personal note, it was a joy to meet and learn from this grandmaster of the artform at Oakland's Super-Con, and then to take a trip to Napa with him...knock me over with a feather.!!!!! )

The only thing that can possibly top a Bernet Torpedo page is..another Benet Torpedo page! Fuck Miller..This is the shit!!

I agree....to the comicbook fans "Frank Miller's Dark Knight" was a highlight of the 80's, ....I was very disappointed after the art for the series didn't live up to the "preview" drawings, but that's me.......I think for the arttists--Jordi Bernet was & is the "real deal".
