Aaron & Baruch #2 - unpublished

Here's another grail of my collection.
A cover layout of an unpublished second issue of Aaron & Baruch.

Strange discription, I know. But that's how it is.

Back in 1993, the first comic album, drawn by the then 17-year-old Timo Wuerz and written by the 20-year-old Niki Kopp, was published by the Munich Splitter Verlag (which has just little in common with today's publisher of the same name). The 3-issue series Aaron and Baruch had already been completed, but only the first issue was published at the time. As Timo put it diplomatically, two young free spirits “did not really fit to an right-wing conservative Berlin ex-baker”, because with the idiosyncratic publisher “we call it discussion”.

So sad, this beautiful cover never got published.
Except... As illustration in the hardcover edition.

It's absolutely amazing what Timo can do with acrylics.
He did the complete 3-issue with all the interiors with acrylics. Just... Wow!!!
