It was meant as a very early cover (when they still used the wizard's cloak on their covers) but eventually used in the 100th anniversary issue, I believe

Nice, and cool you got the intel from Joe there :) Deathlok's always been a great color study purely because of the numerous colors in his look. Gives artists like Joe a chance to show out..which he clearly did. Congrats!
