Description

Impressionnant and very rare variante cover colors UK by BWS.
the pièce measure 42/38 cm.
i think a mixed média print to old paper vintage.
the original blue pièce sold to Ha.com.

Barry Smith - Faceless Aliens Illustration Original Art (c. 1968-76). You can almost feel the Kirby-Krackle on this piece by fan-favorite artist Barry Windsor-Smith. It appears to be an early fanzine illustration, possibly unpublished. The piece showcases the Jack Kirby influence which helped Smith secure his first work with Marvel Comics back in 1969, on X-Men #53.

This is interesting. You don't see a lot of underground and fanzine work from the big artists. It's a cool looking piece. BWS had such a distinctive style, unlike any other artist. Very cool! Congrats
