Description

Red Sonja head commission by Guillem March. I received the opportunity to acquire a Guillem March commission while in contact with a Kirby's Comic Art representative looking through comic art for the previous Batman run before Joker War March drew. I immediately jumped at the chance as I was told this would be the only opportunity for a Guillem March commission for a long while.

I thought about getting a Punchline commission, but then the character was very new and I didn't know if she would be popular or a worthwhile addition to the Batman rogue's gallery after Joker War.

So I opted for Red Sonja, one of my favorite comic book characters, and someone I've yet to see Guillem March draw. I love the shining effect he created with watercolor for Sonja's chainmail.

This is a very special Red Sonja. Like you said, that armor creates a magical effect. Thank you for sharing this.
