Description

DC Comics of the early 1970s often tackled topics of social interest. This two-issue Superboy story deals with prison reform. In this early part of the story, Superboy gets curious why prisoners are so desperate to escape the local penitentiary. The prison doctor is about to give Superboy a tour to see the deplorable conditions inside.
