Description

This is such an odd page... :)

Batman does a 'nice impression' of a creepy stalker (after hiding below the street as a 'street repairman') and gets knocked down and bound by the 'famous' villainess Lady Lunar.

And note the ropes on the upper chests... ...these have to be the most unnecessary and ineffective restraints ever. :)
But at lest Lady Lunar did a good job with tying up the hands and feet. :)

But all the goofiness is nicely drawn and inked - Love the page!
