Description

I've been after a page from the Marvelous Wizard of Oz Treasury comic for a long time. All the best pages are locked away in collections! Was lucky to find this one in the possession of an overseas collector -- love the 1/2 splash with the key scene with the four main characters, where it's revealed the wicked witch is dead. All hail Dorothy!

This is the first example of John Buscema's work I've ever had in my collection, and looking at his work up close is truly impressive. such beautiful line work, and Tony DeZuniga's inks are a great complement (at least I think it's DeZuniga -- please correct me if I'm wrong). Definitely interested in other pages from this book!
