Absolutely stunning. His color work is off-the-charts on this glorious piece... I really love how he'll pile layer after layer of similar shades of the same color on top of itself to create a signature texture and impression. The way he draws architecture is an incredible strength of his, but pieces of his that use the colors like this feel like "full" paintings even (or especially) without a lot of background detail. And the use of that white paint just sets the thing on fire. Wow - what a beauty!
