Pencils and inks by Aubrey Bradford.

Denton lets Navarro get away. The penultimate page to this Western series, which also featured Bradford inks over Brandon Peterson pencils.

Published by Caliber Press in 1996.

I think Aubrey was a bit ahead of his time as an inker when he was breaking into the industry in the 1970s (see Power Man 37), and having talked to him about his career, I was happy to pick up this page for less than a meal out.
