Description
Memory tells me I purchased this suite of hand-colored plates (#25 of 30) very soon after Barry Smith published it, as I was able (as a green newbie collector) to afford it at all! Somewhat later, at an antiques shop, I found the perfect Art Nouveau-ish frame (again, probably for a pittance) to complement Smith's baroque style.
