Reign of the Supermen - Alan Goldman

Holy toledo!!! This is incredible! The Reign of the Supermen was SUCH a cool time to be into reading comics. I was just getting into that in my childhood and this crazy storyline blew my mind as a wee lil reader. And even though I have not been exposed to Alan Goldman's work before as far as I can remember, he is blowing my mind with this truly awesome shot of the Supermen. It looks like it was made for the event back in the day to promote it, planting the creative seed in the minds of all the kids and teens and adults to join in on the fun of discovering who these new characters were. Cyborg Superman looks, and rightly so, so menacing in this shot, looming over the scene, taking a large chunk of real estate on the page. But all of the characters look at their rendered best. Goldman did justice to each Superman.
