Description
Grahaem Coton (creator of the UK strip Space Family Roliinson in the early 1950's) went on to do some wonderful spot art illustrations. This one is from the UK weekly Look and Learn issue 286 (8 July 1967):

"They looked over an ancient side-wheeler due to leave for Paducah in the morning with a deck cargo of onions". From a serialisation of Syd Fleischman's book Chancy and the Grand Rascal.
