DescriptionSurely one of the craziest and most inventive stories in all of British comics, created by writer Tom Tully and artist Francisco Solano Lopez.Part Sherlock Holmes, part Robin Hood and part Houdini, Janus Stark proved not only popular here in the U.K., but also around the world. By this point Francisco had his own studio, and a team of helpers creating up to 16 pages a week. So although the figures and faces on this page bear all the hallmarks of the master, he most likely had assistance with the backgrounds and layouts.
