DescriptionI’m straying from my usual Cable Covers for the Wizard lol. I love all Wizard Magazine Covers because of all the nostalgia associated with it, but that’s why we all love this hobby so much, it brings us back to the Good ‘Ol Days :P This is by one of my favorite artist, Ian Churchill. Anytime I can see Wolverine’s Dog Tags, I’m always at AWE at the amount of fine details involved. I feel so blessed to have this in my collection and I have to Thank my friend Matt for that :)Social/Sharing |

I had this cover!!! Still think I do someplace in storage! Man oh man memories. Congrats on owning a piece of Wizard history!

Ooh..straying away from your tried and true. Beware...and tread lightly ;) Great get, man! I, too, love seeing these Wizard covers. I recognize most instanteneously, including this one. I liked Churchill's work a lot on his X run of the time and this a great example of his mix of the traditional animated look with lots of detail. Congrats!

I always enjoy seeing Wizard covers come to market. Congrats on successfully prying this one from Matt's collection, Askani'Son, it's a very nice Wolverine and X-Men cover!

AMAZING cover, Mentee !! Wolverine looks fantastic, but Nightcrawler is my fave in this image. Such intricate detail, I love it !!!!

That's a whole lot of crisp, clean detail! Ian Churchill does great work, and this Wizard cover (nostalgia blast!) is no exception. I noticed those dog tags, too. And I love that he flipped Nightcrawler upside down. Nice find, man! Big congrats

Spectacular cover! Love Churchill's Wolverine! The detail on this cover is incredible! Wolvie seems to leap off the page at us! Great score!

Seeing Churchill draw this incarnation of the X-Men brings back all sorts of feelings of nostalgia. Fantastic cover!
