Description

This issue of the Goon was it written and drawn by Eisner Award-winning creator Eric Powell. Goon #11 (My favorite Goon issue) kicked off a new story arc with this issue wherein the mad scientist and uneasy ally, Dr. Hieronymous Alloy, who begins to break down...literally. Goon and Franky are introduced to an absurd array of strange and otherworldly monsters in this issue. Powell also introduced us to one of my favorite long supporting cast members before the action began, Willy Nagal. Enjoy the Powell art and the dialog folks!

*I hope to one day grab a few more pages from this book that contain Dr. Hieronymous Alloy. If anyone can help me locating them, please drop a line.

How about a proficient potato pealing squirrel that speaks seven languages! ALLITERATION DENIED! Heh, love that dialogue, and that garbage can trip over the horizon. Great art (and humor)! Congrats!

Splendid page by Eric Powell! Every panel is like a mini-cover! I especially love the closing panel. Great score!
