Description

Kelly Freas cover art for the Science Fiction Book Club flyer "Things to Come" which advertised their book offerings for the coming month. This particular painting graced the cover of the Fall 1971 issue and illustrated a scene from "The Best from Fantasy and Science Fiction" Nineteenth Series edited by Edward L. Ferman. The humorous feel of this painting reminds me of his work for Mad Magazine.
