Another great history page in the lives of the X-Men from a major book, congrats!

If your Byrne X-Men page is only goingto have one team member in costume, that one member being Wolverine is the way to go! Also cool to see Jean and Scott, as well as Prof X in an off camera Danger Room scene!

Ha! I like the way that romantic and a bit sappy aura is suddenly broken by Wolvie outburst :) Fantastic page!

Fantastic storytelling by Claremont and Byrne. Look at how Charlie goes ahead drilling the other X-Men as if nothing had happened.  The seeds for 40 years of character developments were all there from the start!

Totally agree... the "Ten Demerits" line is just too good

Such a great example of what made this series special - and most of the best characters too!

So awesome.  Remember this page distinctly, both for the dialogue and the art!  Congrats!

Love this page so much--such a great example of the character dynamics that made Claremont's X-Men addictive reading; and of course gorgeous, expressive artwork by Byrne and Austin.  Incredible inks!

Great page, with one exception. Wolverine should be twanging John Byrne for doing another of his horribly misplaced later signatures. Somebody, please make him stop defacing his own work.
