Description

Commissioner Ultima has mortally wounded Sung Li and a raging Irmageddon vows to kill Ultima. Irma powers up her nuclear weapons and is ready to launch and wipe out the whole room, until Harry "the Word" Lovelace uses his ultimate negotiating power to force a sobbing Irma to back down and disarm.

While the whole series is among the greatest ever put together, this issue may be the best of the bunch.

Wanted to extend a big shout out for the kindness CG extended. :)
