I can see why this became unpublished page. In the Last Remains story Daredevil did not make an appearance. I would imagine they didn�t get permission to use him so this became a deleted scene. Lol

What sold this was MJ and Peter together. Plus Miles, Spider Woman and a conversation with Daredevil in jail.
