Actually, it was used as an illustration for Stan Lee's retelling of Spider-Man's origin, which was part of a collection of Spidey short stories entitled "Ultimate Spider-Man."

I suggest you mat and frame this piece of history in silver and gold while making the local museum wait before you donate it. How I love this Romita rendering.
