Description

Our first glimpse of "The Mad Dog," a child in David Cain's first (failed) experiment, believed to have been put down "like a mad dog," after he, as a child, killed all of his peers in the experiment. It is revealed that he in fact survived, and plays a significant role in the last arc of the series.

We also hear for the first time Ra's Al Ghul's honorific for Cassandra Cain:

"The One Who Is All."
