That look and along with that creepy kewpie doll thing reminds me of cosplayers before they were banned in SDCC comic art booth #4303. Risso is in command with so many black and white elements added to surround our focus on the central figure.

Nothing like taking the kid to the firing range... where they fire back and is littered in skulls.
