Mara Jade as Jabba dancer Arica

This is a beautiful unusual image of Mara Jade in her Jabba dancer disguse by Dan Veesenmeyer! He was one of the storyboard artists for the Fox X-Men TV show as well as Disney's Gargoyles, USA Network's Street Fighter and so many more! For those who are unfamiliar with the Heir To The Empire Star Wars expanded universe books (Lucasfilm approved sequels before the actual prequels and Disney sequels) Mara Jade was the "right hand" of the Emperor, a sleeper "Dark Jedi" (the EU version of a Sith) who was laying low to take out Luke Skywalker but never had the chance until meeting him in the Heir To the Empire books where she plays a pivotal role. She eventually becomes Luke's wife and they named their son Ben after Ben Kenobi, which makes a lot more sense than the random Ben in Kylo Ren. Anywho going off on a tangent, this is a beuatiful image of Mara in repose! ^_^ I do not know if this was a prelim for publishing or a commission (the person I purchased from says stored her for 15+ years) but I would love to see her in color.
