Jolt was beginning to be a breakout star of the series with these issues because she was drawn by Bagley much like an early Spidey full of youthful energy. They don't come around often as collectors saw the charisma radiate off the page. As the innocent member of the team, she was going to be key to reform them and keep them as heroes.
