These are smaller Harvey digest cartoons usually about 6 by 8 inches in size and often with no gag line because those were added later by writers in the office and stripped off after printing so the cartoon might be used with another gag later on!
Otis's real name is Taylor Measum -s ome artists didn't want to be associated with the Digest magazines
