I hold the Romitas in the highest esteem, so adding this portrait of the ever-loving, blue eyed Thing by John Romita Jr (with superb inks by Scott Hanna) to my gallery is a genuine thrill.

Chapter 2 of the Marvel Two In One Minute Later show! This duo's thing is a lot more airy and less craggly having a light touch, thinner lines, and less shadows. It stresses Ben Grimm more than the Thing and it is a very valid and often forgotten take on the character.
