Description
From a piece in Finding Out magazine detailing the exploits of Wing Commander Forest Yeo-Thomas of the Royal Air Force.

Known by the code name of ‘The White Rabbit’, Yeo-Thomas operated as a spy in Occupied France in WWII. He worked with resistance fighters to disrupt German activities, and also smuggle downed allied airmen out of the country.

This image shows Yeo-Thomas and two French resistance fighters signalling two Lysanders, under cover of darkness.

Thomas was known as “Tommy”, code named “Seahorse” or “Shelley” in the British Special Operations Executive (SOE). It was the Luftwaffe who dubbed him “The White Rabbit”.

Thank you to Philip Rushton for assisting with this information.

Definitely NOT for sale.
