Cap Stubbs and Tippie by Edwina Dumm ran for nearly 50 years (1918 to 1965). You can learn more about the strip on Don Markstein's Toonpedia. I think it needs more attention. It ran for 50 years after all.

This strip was a gift from the lovely and talented Rob Stolzer. He decided that I needed an earlier strip and I'm grateful that he did. This one is from 1929 per the note on the back.

I have no idea as to "Who's Mary Margaret Mad at Anyway?" I wish I did!
