That surprised look says to me, "You mean all 3 of you owned the same cover at one point?" Smith's lines are playful and delightfully presented in that classic Silver Age manner.

This piece is so perfect in so many ways but most of all, the facial expression takes the cake.
"Whaddaya mean the Yancy Street Gang bought the Baxter Building?!?! Whatta revoltin' development." This really could become a fantastic caption game. I love the commission from Paul Smith here. What a perfect Grimm image. The inking is superb, too. Congrats!
