Description
Some really fresh art with Issue 1 only just out (well, as I post this) and I enjoy the airbrushing that's mostly used on the 'space pages' of the book. Really works to highlight the alien light and structures of the location. A hero lands in an alien landscape wearing a jet pack and we know right away the genre being played with here. Was an excellent opening issue.

Not sure, they can't be just doing a straight forward sci-fi story can they?  It's Vault comics, there got to be a twist coming.  I sure can use an HVAC professional more than a flying guy right now.  Anyway, Gorham art is shiny and modern edge artwork presenting a classic western frontier scenario is pretty cool in this introduction of the character.

Agree, there's genre homage to it but I think we can see by the end of the issue it's not going to be as straight-forward as that. Yay, Vault!

Agree, page 5 was my favourite so glad it was still there (and Mikail hadn't read the book yet- lol)

Great pick up. I was late to the drop and I was tempted by this one but hadn't read the book yet so refrained. Love the techniques at play here.

I still need to read this book, but I really think this page is amazing! It works so well as a beautiful piece of art all on its own. Congrats on adding this one!

While that final splash panel is a showstopper with the different techniques and depth on display - I also love the visual storytelling at the top, especially those small and effective sound effects.
