DescriptionJOHN BYRNE PENCILS, INKS AND CAPTIONS/STORYCan I just say wow!!!! What an awesome splash page of Wonder Woman beating Darkseid’s army and confronting him! If you ask me, this is one of the best splash pages during John Byrne’s 36 issue run when he was writing and drawing the character! Hopefully I’ll have a nice FF and X-men page by him in the future. This WW page is very special to me for a couple reasons because I love Byrne’s artwork and am a huge fan of Wonder Woman! Also this is my first original published art by this comic book legend! Fantastic page! Byrne did a phenomenal job with his Wonder Woman run in the 1990s.

John Byrne splash page with the strong and confident warrior of legend. No more being a bad girl of the 90's trend, Wonder Woman would once again be an icon for the masses under Byrne's run.

Amazing (and congrats)! Byrne's WW run was so, so good!
This is one of the better splashes of the run, and he did a fair number of them. It has it all: glorious battle scene of Diana after she mopped up the parademons, them Darkseid. What's not to love?

I wonder what happens next? Darkseid gives the guy a scalp massage, right? As you said, you're not going to get a much cooler Wonder Woman splash from Byrne that this. She's beaten, but all that blood ain't hers...Great page. Congrats!
